All textbook returns must meet the following conditions:

• You must have the original receipt
• You must return the item during the returns period
• After the returns period ends, a book may be returned until the end of the add/drop period with a drop slip.
• Shrink wrapped items must be unopened
• All NEW books must be unmarked and in mint condition
• Cash refunds for check purchases are subject to a 7 day waiting period
• If a credit card was used to purchase, the same credit card is required to return

FALL 2010 Return Policy:

THE LAST DAY TO RETURN BOOKS AND USE FINANCIAL AID IS SATURDAY, 9/11/10.

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN 9/11/10 AND 10/9/10 WITH A DROP SLIP.

ONLINE ORDERS:
Contact the bookstore before returning textbooks purchased online.
The credit card used for the online purchase will automatically be credited when the books are returned.

All other merchandise, including clothing, must meet the following conditions:

• You must have the original receipt
• Merchandise must be clean, unmarked, unused, and in the same condition as purchased
• Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Cash refunds for check purchases are subject to a 7 day waiting period
• If a credit card was used to purchase, the same credit card is required to return

Defective merchandise, including textbooks, is returnable or exchangeable at any time with proof of purchase.
